The brush cutter’s blade donot rotate
The brush cutter can be started, but the blade don’t rotate. What’s the matter?
1. The gears in the gear box (the working head that holds the blades in the front section of the work) are severely worn and can no longer be meshed.
Solution: Replace the gear inside, or replace the whole gear box.
2. The clutch block (tension block) is broken, or there is a problem with the screws and gaskets that fix the clutch block, causing the normal clutch to be impossible.
Solution: Replace the clutch block and screws.
3. The key in the transmission shaft is worn out.
Solution: It is recommended to replace the transmission shaft.
